My nails... again!

I know I only posted a Nail post the other day but I was doing my nails today and they actually turned out pretty cool if I say so myself! And what's even better is they are sooo easy to do. You don't even need any nail art tools, just a few different colour polishes and you're good to go!

Missguided MissTaken Orange Nail Splash, €6.43 here
China Glaze For Audrey, €6.80 here
China Glaze Happy Go Lucky, €6.80 here
Sally Hanson Diamond Strength, €12.15 here
Pennys/Primark Nail Polish in Posy. (not sure where this is available online, sorry!)

1. Paint your nail a base colour of your choice.
2. Using a second colour, and a 'step' pattern, paint the nail in striping motions, making each one shorter than the last.
3. Do the same again with a third colour.
4. Apply a top coat to smooth out the design and give it a beautiful shine!

And hey presto, you have a really cool, funky nail design that involves little effort and no special tools!
I really love this design and was so happy with how it turned out! Of course you could use what ever colours you wanted, you could use less colours or even more colours! I think I might do it again but maybe use just two colours, using one of the colours twice! What do you think?!
Let me know if you try this! And if you do pleaaaasee send me a picture on twitter!

Possibly the best fuschia lipstick ever?!

I absolutely adore lipstick, but I'm only recently starting to get into it. I've been starting to kind of play around with some colours and there is one lipstick in particular that I am in love with!

This lipstick is literally the most perfect fuchsia pink I have ever seen. I love the colour, I love the formula, I love the packaging, and most of all I LOVE the price! It only costs about €7/8 in Ireland! It kind of reminds me of Mac's Candy Yum Yum, except way more affordable!

As for the smell of the lipstick, it pretty much smells like all Rimmel lipsticks do. Yeno, that kind of cherry yet fake, plastic kind of smell? I personally don't mind the smell because in case you haven't already noticed, I adore this lipstick. It's not a matte lipstick, and it is super creamy!

I think it's perfect for Summer and I know I'm going to be wearing it non-stop, especially when going out at night!

The Rimmel Kate collection is available in most Boots, Superdrug or anywhere that usually stocks Rimmel products! You can also buy it online here.

Let me know what you think of this lipstick, or if you recommend any other colours!

Graduation Nails with Nubar and Urban Decay.

Soo, a few things have changed since I last posted! First of all, I have finally finished school forever, I've finally finished the cursed Leaving Cert and I'm also newly single gal..but hey on the bright side, it means I have no more distractions so I can get my blog up and going properly this time!

This is kind of a delayed post but for my Graduation last month I really liked my nails soooo I thought I'd show you!

I stared off by painting all my nails this really nice baby pink/violet colour, which is called Strawberry by Nubar. I really like this colour and the nail polish itself is such good quality and I could probably go a full week without it chipping off!

I wanted to ''jazz'' it up a bit so I added some of Urban Decay's polish in Ziggy to my ring finger. This polish came in the Holiday Nail Kit so I'm not too sure if you can still buy it or not, but a lot of brands do a glitter similar to this so I'm sure you could find a good alternative!

Btw, I'm very sorry about the bad quality pictures! I took them on my iPhone the night of my Graduation so I do apologise that they aren't the best!

I'd definitely recommend the Nubar polishes though because I think they are really good, and my collection of them is growing by the day!
If you've tried either of these polishes please let me know what you thought about them! :)

Bye for now! xo
